What I have for you here might take slightly longer than a regular sandwich but I promise that you will love every bit of it.

  • 1 Cup whipped cream cheese
  • 12 Slices of sourdough bread (preferably whole wheat)
  • 3/4 Cup of orange marmalade
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon milk

The Recipe:

Start by spreading cream cheese over six slices of bread and top them up with marmalade on the remaining 6 slices of bread. In case you don’t have orange marmalade, you can use the insides of the orange and soak them overnight in honey or flavored syrup.

In a bowl whisk eggs and milk together. Lightly grease a griddle over medium heat. Dip both sides of sandwiches into the egg mixture. Place sandwiches on griddle toast it to about 2-3 minutes on each side. Wait until it turns slightly golden brown.

  • Water Melon
  • Pineapple
  • Orange
  • Strawberries
  • Corn Syrup

Get freshly cut melon cubes and mix them with corn syrup in a bowl, cover the bowl and allow it to refrigerate for an hour. Then you need to add fresh pineapple chunks, sectioned oranges, fresh halved strawberries, and mix.

You can also add fresh mint leaves to add a finishing touch and freshness. the quantities of the fruits can vary according to the number of people joining the breakfast. The corn syrup should be moderated, not more than 2-3 teaspoons.

A bowl of fresh fruits is for sure a healthy addition to your diet and a great breakfast idea. This provides you with the nutrients and vitamins you require on a daily basis.

Everyone is aware of how healthy and proteinaceous bananas are. Apart from being stuffed with protein, these pancakes are going to be awesome in taste and your kids are going to love it. You would want to memorize this recipe because you will be making these pancakes more often.

The ingredients you need:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 Cup Almond milk (or any milk)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt to taste.

By going through the ingredient list you may think it will consume a lot of your precious time but relax for it’s too easy and quick.

The Recipe:

All you need to do is place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Let the batter sit for approximately 2 minutes in the blender till the time you heat your pan.

Add oil to the non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 1/3 cup of the smooth batter at a time, and cook it for about 2-3 minutes until it turns slightly brown. Then flip the pancake a let it cook for a couple of minutes so that it is evenly cooked.

The ingredients you need:

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon white butter
  • 1 tablespoon homemade cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley or coriander

The Recipe:

Crack the eggs in a bowl along with other ingredients except for butter & parsley. Keep beating this mixture, until it becomes double its original quantity. You’ll thank me later for this trick, the secret of making the omelet fluffy.

All you need to do next is, go with your basic way of making an omelet, so the way is to add the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add the egg mixture to it and allow it to set.

Let the omelet cook for 5 minutes, the slower the better. Now, flip the omelet carefully. When there are no liquid eggs visible, switch off the flame. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top for garnishing, you are ready with your delicious and yummy omelet. Serve it hot on top of the salad.

Eggs, in particular, is enriched and loaded with proteins and nutrients, it is also a much-suggested ingredient for breakfast.

5. Watermelon and Strawberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of cubed watermelon (remove the seeds)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 plain yogurt

The Recipe:

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend to smoothen. You can alter the consistency by adding appropriate amounts of almond milk. Taste the blending in between so that you get the things according to your needs like you can add more lime for acidity, or watermelon for a more intense watermelon flavor.
